Dump Your Plump
Well it has been quite a while since I last got on to blog so here goes. Some of my co-workers and I have started a program through work called Dump your Plump. We have been on this journey for about a month and so far out of 8 or 9 teams we are number 1. The goal of this program is to help you to eat healthier and also to exercise at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week. Before you get started you set a goal of how much weight that you want to lose and if you meet that goal at the end of the ten weeks you receive bonus points and you also get points for getting all your exercising in. So an update on my weight loss so far is the first week I lost 9 lbs, second week I lost 3 lbs, third week I lost 2, and the fourth week I just lost one. So, for the record that is a total of 15 pounds so far it does seem that the more you go along the harder it is to lose weight. The good thing about it is I am feeling so much better physically and getting in better shape. Hopefully, I will make it to my goal that I set for myself which is 20 pounds I do have another 5 or so weeks to get it done but I would like to keep going to lose even more. So stay tuned till the next time so I can tell you how I have done on this journey.
